Store Manager – London, Moorgate Location: London, Moorgate Salary: £33,500 – £37,000 per annum plus great benefits Contract: Permanent Responsibilities
Deliver the store purpose by guiding commercial and community strategies in the store. Lead the team, coaching, motivating and inspiring them to provide a fantastic shopping experience for Co‑op customers, colleagues and members. Develop the team through regular performance conversations to help them reach their potential. Ensure the store is safe, legal and operational. Manage and optimise commercial performance, recruit new team members and manage HR processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience guiding and developing a team in a busy, service‑focused environment. Excellent communication skills, ability to coach, motivate and inspire team members. Resilience and strong problem‑solving skills. Ability to understand and analyse commercial information. Willingness to roll up sleeves and support the team with store activities.
