About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead the launch and ongoing success of a new store in St Ives. This is a key leadership role responsible for building a high-performing team, embedding a strong brand-led culture, and delivering outstanding commercial and customer results from opening day onwards.
As a Store Manager , you will take full ownership of store performance, overseeing daily operations while creating a positive, inclusive, and energetic environment. Alongside core retail management, you will support in-store activations and community initiatives that strengthen the store's local presence and bring the brand to life.
This role suits a hands-on retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the opportunity to shape the future of a growing business.
Desired Experience
Proven experience in a retail management or senior leadership role, ideally as a Store Manager

Experience recruiting, training, and developing retail teams, ideally within a new or growing store

Strong commercial acumen with confidence driving sales, KPIs, conversion, and ATV

A clear understanding of delivering a consistent, brand-led customer experience

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Highly organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure

Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the shop floor

Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as part of a 40-hour schedule

Genuine passion for fashion and community-driven retail

Experience supporting or leading in-store events, activations, or product launches
