Your Day-to-Day

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver attentive, consultative service think personal styling, not transactional selling
• Create a store environment that’s elegant, welcoming, and emotionally engaging.
• Handle customer queries with warmth and professionalism especially during those once in a lifetime purchases
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and operational excellence
• Support your team’s growth through coaching, feedback, and development
• Monitor performance and take action to drive results
• Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed to the highest standard
