Store Manager - Heathrow Airport (Premium Retail Environment)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + 12% bonuses + Benefits including travel discount/free parking
 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading a sizeable team to deliver exceptional customer experience

  • Managing high-volume sales across multiple product categories

  • Driving KPI performance, operational standards and compliance

  • Coaching, developing and supporting leaders and frontline colleagues

  • Owning the day-to-day running and overall performance of the store

  • Creating a positive, people-focused culture

Who We're Looking For

Ideal backgrounds include:

  • Store Managers form large square foot environments or Area Managers

  • Leaders experienced with large teams (60+)

  • Strong operational and commercial understanding

  • Confident decision-maker who thrives in a busy environment

  • Someone who naturally inspires, supports and develops people

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
