As a Store Manager, you will have full accountability for running your own store and leading a team. This is a very hands‑on role, where you will be responsible for spinning a lot of plates in order to drive operational standards and deliver sales. In addition to this, many of our stores offer an online home delivery service and experience of managing a high‑volume digital operation would be an advantage. You will need to be hard working, proactive and be able to instil our values into your team and store. Responsibilities
Run and lead the store with full accountability. Drive operational standards and deliver sales. Manage online home delivery service and digital operation (advantage).
