Store Manager Responsibilities:
Leading and motivating a large team of associates to success
Sales focused whilst engaging guests through exceptional customer service
Leading well by example
Driving company targets and KPI's including average basket value, units and conversion
Accountable for results, take pride and ownership of store standards and operations
Budget and payroll management
Coaching and development of all associates
Recruitment, hiring and onboarding of new associates

Store Manager Experience:
Experience working at pace within Store Manager position in a retail or hospitality background
Energetic and upbeat personality
Managing a large tem and turnover
Experienced driving KPI's and store data
The ideal candidate will have experience within a fast paced retail or hospitality background within Store Management.
