Deliver outstanding customer proposition: manage the branch, serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from warehouse, stock shelves, keep store clean. Deliver great service: ensure team provides excellent customer experience, sales through service. Muck in: help the team get job done – unpack deliveries, open/close branch, stock shelves, clean branch, put orders together. Inspire: encourage positive mindset, build culture of feedback, praise, recognition. Ask questions and build relationships: support team development, support future business growth, succession, ensure customers leave with everything they need. Lead: from front, coach, motivate, engage team creating great place to work; engagement key. Build fun working environment: maintain product availability and branch standards, make branch a place everyone loves coming to. Knowledge: pride in developing high performing and engaged retail teams. Hard work and passion: deliver sales through superb customer service and amazing results.
