What You\'ll Be Doing As Store Manager, you\'ll be responsible for the overall success of the site, with a strong focus on team engagement and customer satisfaction. Your role will include:
Coaching, motivating, and developing your team to hit sales and service targets Monitoring performance data and acting quickly to improve results Driving new business, upselling services, and managing existing customer accounts Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, including store standards, security, and key‑holder duties Managing lettings, merchandise sales, and follow‑up of customer enquiries Handling payments and supporting credit control processes
You\'ll lead from the front, setting the tone for professionalism, energy, and service excellence. What We\'re Looking For We\'re looking for a strong people manager who thrives in a customer‑focused environment. You\'ll ideally bring:
At least 2 years\' experience in a customer‑facing sales, retail, or hospitality role At least 2 years\' experience managing or leading a team Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with targets and KPIs Solid IT skills, including Microsoft applications Flexibility to work a rota covering weekdays and weekends A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (preferred)
