Our Northampton Retail Store Manager will join us on a Part Time, Permanent?basis working a contract of? 28 hours?per week, 4 days out of 7 earning a salary of £19,787.04 annum / £13.59 an hour. About DEBRA We are a national charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) – a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal. What we are looking for in our Retail Store Manager: You will be motivated and enthusiastic, with good customer service, retail administration and management skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure to meet targets and to help and support the efficient running of our store in Northampton.
