Your Role: As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and managing store operations effectively. Your leadership will play a critical role in fostering a strong team culture and achieving business goals. This is a full-time, 40hrs/week position, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota, including weekends and is located in the Chantry Place Shopping Centre in Norwich. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach your store team to ensure exceptional customer service.Drive sales through effective product management and promotions.Manage daily store operations, including inventory control and merchandising.Analyse financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
