Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
* Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet sales and service goals
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation
* Deliver outstanding customer service and handle client interactions professionally
* Monitor sales performance, manage targets, and report on KPIs
* Ensure effective inventory control and stock management
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a retail management role (preferably in fashion or beauty)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
* A strong sense of style and awareness of current fashion and beauty trends
