Your Role as Store Manager As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a passionate team, creating an outstanding shopping experience, and driving store performance. Key Responsibilities

Lead and Motivate: Inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Drive Performance: Use commercial insight to identify opportunities and implement effective sales strategies. What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to driving sales performance. A strong customer focus and passion for creating a great in‑store experience. Retail experience is desirable but not essential – we provide full training and ongoing support.
