We are currently seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in Thatcham Garden Centre – a charming retail destination in the heart of Berkshire. Your Role as Store Manager As Store Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service, drive store performance, and create a welcoming experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Motivate: Inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. Drive Performance: Use commercial insight to identify opportunities and implement effective sales strategies. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. Customer Focused: Create a warm, inviting shopping experience that reflects the Bonmarché brand values. Team Development: Support, coach, and develop your team to help them grow and succeed.
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to driving sales. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Retail experience is desirable but not essential – full training and ongoing support are provided.
