What You'll Do As a Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of our success, taking responsibility for:
Providing hands‑on leadership, coaching, and fostering a collaborative, high‑performing store environment. Ensuring operational excellence, from store presentation to stock management and health & safety compliance. Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Developing talent within your team, creating succession plans, and supporting ongoing growth.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar leadership role. A strong track record of developing teams and achieving results. A genuine passion for retail, customer service, and delivering exceptional results. The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, community‑focused retail environment.
