Are you an experienced Store Manager looking for an exciting NEW STORE OPENING with a premium lifestyle retail brand in Cambridge?

We are recruiting an ambitious and hands on Store Manager to lead a brand new lifestyle retail store opening in Cambridge. This is a rare opportunity for a Store Manager to be involved from the very beginning, playing a key role in launching the store, building the team, and setting the standard for retail excellence.

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the retail store, oversee the new store opening process, and create a high performing retail team that delivers outstanding customer service and strong commercial results.

Store Manager responsibilities
  • Lead the full new store opening process, including recruitment, training and launch preparation
  • Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the retail store
  • Build, motivate and develop a high performing retail team
  • Lead from the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance across all areas of retail
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed in line with brand guidelines
  • Manage stock, compliance and all retail operational processes
  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver launch plans and ongoing growth strategies

About you
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager within retail, ideally fashion or lifestyle
  • Experience supporting new store openings or store refits is highly desirable
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Commercially focused with a passion for driving retail sales
  • Hands on, organised and proactive Store Manager
  • Confident operating in a high footfall retail environment
