We are looking for a reliable Stores Assistant to help manage the movement, storage, and delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring efficiency and organisation across all sites. The Role As a Stores Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Property team by managing deliveries, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring items are transported safely and efficiently across various locations. Key Responsibilities Receive, check, and sign for deliveries against dispatch notes Load and unload vehicles with furniture, materials, and equipment Ensure all items are protected during transit and storage Deliver furniture and building materials across multiple properties Build and dismantle furniture as required Maintain accurate stock lists and support inventory management Keep the vehicle clean, organised, and regularly checked Complete and submit all relevant paperwork daily Provide cover for colleagues when required Follow all company policies, with a strong focus on health and safety Participate in shift patterns and on-call rota when required Carry out any additional duties within the scope of the role What We're Looking For We are looking for a professional with: Previous experience in a similar stores, warehouse, or logistics role Experience in handling, building, or dismantling furniture Manual handling training (desirable) Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive and reliable approach to work Ability to work both independently and as part of a team A full, clean UK driving licence Knowledge of routes across Surrey, London, and surrounding areas (desirable) What We Offer A supportive and professional work environment.
