Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer orders over the phone, providing exceptional service. - Identify parts, gather product information, and fulfill customer requirements. - Pick, pack, label, and prepare items for dispatch. - Manage stock, including goods in, inventory checks, labeling, and storage. - Produce shipping documentation and support import/export needs.

Skills, Experience, and Education:

Communication: - Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and team members.

Knowledge/Expertise: - Experience in Stores, Warehouse, or Parts departments. - Confident use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Innovation: - Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. - Understanding of engineering drawings, parts catalogues, or BOMs.

Business Impact: - Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to ensure high-quality standards. - Team player capable of supporting business operations efficiently.
