Support service operations by enabling fast turnaround of faulty components. Lead and motivate the stores team, ensuring all members are trained, productive, and ready for daily operations. Maintain high standards in stock control, documentation, packaging, and materials handling. Ensure compliance with 7S workplace organisation practices and Health & Safety policies. Liaise with production, planning, purchasing, and service departments to resolve material flow issues quickly. Continuously improve processes and documentation for training and efficiency.
