Strategic Partnerships Development Manager

Location: London - Hybrid

Rate: £51.92 per hour

Duration: 12 months (Maternity cover)


Role Overview

As a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, you are a relationship builder that thrives in a fast-paced environment, successfully navigates internal processes, products, and teams, and revels in managing complex and strategically important partnerships for us. You manage and/or deepen relationships with partners, execute agreements, and track impact, enabling us to be successful. You possess strong skills in relationship-building, negotiation, project management, and collaboration.


Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end partner/supplier experience to ensure deal integration which includes negotiating and finalising contracts, executing on account plans, pitching to partners/suppliers, resolving partner issues and advocating on behalf of partner/supplier.
  • Drive partner strategy, including new partner/supplier and opportunity prospecting. Conduct partner/industry research and collaborate on product strategy.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders/teams to drive the best partner/supplier experience and ensure product excellence.
  • Drive managing partner engagement and relationship by tracking business metrics and insights, building business forecasts, and ensuring strong brand/reputation management.
  • Managing portfolio of app developer and leading them into the growth opportunity.
  • Conduct in depth business consulting for a portfolio of 8 apps developers.
  • Tasked on incremental revenue growth, building plans, strategies, and moving onto implementations.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio spanning native AI apps, music streaming partners, and female health app developers.
  • Occasional travel to visit partners in locations such as Paris and Turkey.

  • Seasoned partnership manager who is adept at BD.
  • Confident sitting in front of people at all levels.
  • Ability to hit the ground running.
  • Note: Technical knowledge isn’t necessary; however, the ability to understand products and talk to partners about them is key.
  • This is a partnerships role, distinct from a traditional sales role
