Fully Remote (UK or New York preferred)
Up to $110,000 + Equity
We have partnered with a well-backed company building critical infrastructure at the intersection of fintech and digital assets.
As institutional adoption of crypto infrastructure accelerates, they’re hiring a Strategic Partnerships Manager to help the business understand who is buying, how they are buying, and why deals are won or lost across institutional crypto and fintech markets.
What You’ll Do as a Strategic Partnerships Manager:
- Identify and map institutions evaluating crypto execution, trading, or infrastructure solutions.
- Build early, trust-based relationships with product, infrastructure, and strategy leaders at priority accounts.
- Run open-ended conversations to understand institutional needs, constraints, and buying dynamics.
- Develop insight into how institutions assess vendors, make build vs buy decisions, and define requirements.
- Track market signals such as hiring trends, organisational changes, product launches, and partnerships.
- Attend industry events to strengthen relationships and stay close to how the market is evolving.
- Turn conversations and research into clear, actionable insights for leadership, product, and growth teams.
- Act as a feedback loop between the market and internal teams, grounding strategy in real demand signals.
What We’re Looking For in a Strategic Partnerships Manager:
- 1-3 years’ experience in partnerships, strategy, consulting, research, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong curiosity about how institutional buying decisions, partnerships, and markets actually work.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous discussions and ask thoughtful, high-signal follow-up questions without a sales pitch or script.
- Clear, structured communicator able to distill messy qualitative input into actionable insight.
- Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple threads of outreach and research simultaneously.
Nice to Have's as a Strategic Partnerships Manager:
- Exposure to fintech, crypto infrastructure, payments, trading, or capital markets.
- Early-stage startup experience.
- Interest in institutional crypto, execution systems, or financial infrastructure.
- A research-driven or consultative mindset rather than a transactional sales approach.
This is a rare opportunity to sit at the centre of institutional crypto adoption and directly shape how next-generation financial infrastructure is brought to market.
This is not a sales role. Success is measured by the quality of insight generated, the strength of early relationships built, and the company’s ability to stay ahead of where demand is forming.
