The Strategic Projects Manager will spearhead crucial projects across the entire business to drive growth and foster innovation. This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in both strategic planning and hands-on execution to elevate their brand presence and ensure this client remains the UK's favourite F and B destination. The role will report to the CEO and take project instructions from various members of the Leadership Team.

Your Role as the Strategic Project Manager Will Include

• Managing New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer demand.
• Identifying and executing channel development opportunities to expand into new delivery and retail channels, driving reach and revenue.
• Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources across departments to ensure efficient execution and measurable impact.
• Leading end-to-end project management for NPD and channel development initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Delivering project updates, KPIs, and post-launch reviews to senior stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Proactively identifying and mitigating risks and blockers.
• Communicating project goals and progress clearly to the wider business.

Have You Achieved Any of the Following

• Proven experience in project management within the F and B or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from innovation to retail launch.
• Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with a strategic mindset and an eye for commercial opportunities.

Able to access our Central London office regularly as part of a hybrid working model.
