Interim Strategic Property Surveyor Location: London- Hybrid Contract: Interim (initial 3 months, extension likely) Rate: £61.88 per hour - Inside IR35

We are supporting a London‑based public sector organisation with the appointment of an Interim Strategic Property Surveyor to provide senior‑level property and asset management expertise across a varied corporate estate.

This is an influential role working closely with senior leaders, supporting strategic decision‑making, asset optimisation and the delivery of high‑profile property activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic property advice to support corporate objectives and complex programmes Lead and support significant property and asset‑related projects across the organisation Review property performance and contribute to asset planning and portfolio optimisation Manage and progress a range of property transactions and disposals Support the development and delivery of longer‑term estate and asset strategies Contribute property expertise to wider organisational priorities such as regeneration, housing and service transformation Prepare concise reports and briefing material for senior decision‑makers Instruct and manage external advisers where requiredRequired Experience:
