Lead Joint Venture projects, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes. Develop tailored strategies for clients, addressing their unique business challenges and goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive consultancy services. Oversee financial analysis and modelling to support decision-making during transitions. Advise clients on operational improvements and structural changes during mergers and acquisitions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members within the consultancy department. Stay updated on industry trends to offer cutting-edge solutions in strategy and change management.
The Successful Applicant A successful Management Consultant- Joint Ventures should have:
A strong background in consultancy, with multiple deal track record. Experience working on complex Joint Venture integration and separation projects pre and post deal Proven expertise in financial analysis and operational improvements. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative approach, with the ability to lead teams and mentor junior colleagues. with
