Strategic Leadership: Driving growth and aligning with the company's global objectives. Coaching Excellence: Deliver top‑tier executive coaching programs while fostering a results‑driven coaching culture. Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key representative for the organization, cultivating strong relationships with corporate clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders. Team Development: Motivate and mentor senior teams, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and vision. Innovation: Identify emerging needs in the executive coaching space and contribute to the development of new programs and AI‑driven tools that support client success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of experience in education, strategy and operations or sales operations. Experience working with executives in an advisory role, and building and managing teams. Ability to analyse complex data and synthesize into actionable business insights. Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments with time‑management and prioritisation skills. Experience leading cross‑functional operational and strategic initiatives. Ability to manage executive stakeholders and communicate with the technical management team. Proven track record of driving growth and excellence within coaching, consulting, or executive leadership environments. Strong commercial acumen and a people‑centric leadership style that fosters innovation and engagement.
