The role involves close collaboration with local businesses, stakeholders, and law enforcement.Requirements:Valid SIA LicenceFirst Aid CertificationProvensupervisory experience within the security sectorStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience working with or alongside police or community safety teams (preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support Street Patrol Officers on shift, ensuring high standards of professionalism and performancePlan and allocate patrol routes, ensuring effective coverage of the BID areaAct as the main point of contact for incidents, escalating where necessaryLiaise regularly with the police and partner agencies to address crime, anti-social behaviour, and community safety concernsMaintain accurate records of incidents, patrol logs, and intelligence reportsMonitor CCTV (if applicable) and coordinate responses to incidentsDesirable BackgroundPrevious experience in aBusiness Improvement District (BID)environmentKnowledge of local policing or community safety frameworksExperience handling anti-social behaviour and conflict managementJBRP1_UKTJ
