They`ve grown sustainably and continue to deliver some of the smallest (£1bn) schemes in the region for new and existing clients in a variety of sectors such as Healthcare, Residential, Leisure, Commercial mixed use, Schools and Higher Education.\n\nYou will be responsible for managing and developing a team of up to 8 people.

Leading that team in the delivery of a portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for people management (colleagues and clients where appropriate), financial management, quality and project management within your team.\n\nYou will contribute towards developing and delivering their business strategies in the Leeds office, and where appropriate the wider business, driving innovation and best practice. Additionally also have the opportunity to engage in Business Development, through the development of a network of clients and partners.\n\nIdeally have experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary design projects, including developing design delivery programmes with an understanding of and involvement in project finances.\n\nYou will be a competent leader who thrives in client meetings, contributing effectively and working collaboratively with their clients, partners and the wider project team to develop viable, sustainable and cost-effective design solutions.\n\nWorking within a highly respected team on a wide range of high-profile, technically demanding and award-winning building and urban regeneration projects in Leeds and Yorkshire.

Currently their live commissions Structural Engineering Director\n\ninclude the £1bn Tetley Brewery redevelopment, the hugely successful Wellington Place masterplan for MEPC and the development of Dyecoats on Kirkstall Road for Clarion Housing, as well as many other high-profile mixed-use city centre developments. They also work for a number of local healthcare Trusts, including the £1bn Securing the Future Programme at Airedale Hospital near Skipton.\n\nYou’ll be a Chartered Engineer with experience of leading a team of engineers and technicians in the delivery of a wide range of projects and have the ability to inspire a team to develop to their full potential.\n\nIn return you will be rewarded well with a clear path to further progression and potential equity in time
