Job Description

Oil&Gas / Offshore / Maritime / FPSO / Wind Renewables

Key Responsibilities

Structural Analysis and Design: Perform detailed structural analyses for Oil&Gas assets using ANSYS or similar software. Modelling and Simulations: Create 3D finite element models (FEM) for complex marine structures. Evaluate the effects of dynamic loads, such as wind, wave, and current forces. Code Compliance: Ensure designs meet relevant offshore codes and standards Prepare documentation, calculations, and reports for client review and certification. Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Project engineer naval architects, mechanical engineers, and installation leads. Attend client and project meetings to provide technical input and ensure project alignment.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

Proficiency in structural analysis software, particularly ANSYS Proficient with design codes such as DNV, ABS,API, AISC and Eurocode.
