The Opportunity

As Structural Engineering Director, you will take ownership of the structural offering in the Bristol area, with the autonomy and support to build a high‑performing team and expand the consultancy’s footprint across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

Establishing and leading a new structural engineering team in Bristol Driving regional business development and securing new client relationships Representing the practice at a senior level with clients, collaborators and stakeholders Overseeing the technical delivery of structural engineering projects across multiple sectors Mentoring, managing and developing engineers at all levels Working collaboratively with other disciplines to deliver integrated, high‑quality solutions Contributing to the wider strategic direction of the business About You
