T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Structural Engineer to join our Client on a permanent basis in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

Structural Engineer Job Details;

  • £25,000-£27,000 per annum
  • Monday Friday 8:30am 5pm
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays

Structural Engineer Role & Responsibilities include;

  • Work on multiple projects meeting client deadlines
  • Prepare reports and calculations
  • Attend site consultations and develop innovative solutions
  • Apply critical problem-solving skills and innovative skills to complete projects
  • Exceeding client expectations with as little lead time as possible
  • Study towards the Chartership


Structural Engineer Person Specification;

  • BSc or equivalent in Engineering or a related field
  • 6 - 18 months of experience as a structural engineer
  • Driven to succeed
  • User of TEKLA & TEDDS
  • Strong Knowledge of AUTOCAD
  • Experience in preparing professional reports and calculations
  • Ability to liaise directly with clients and enhance the client journey
  • Project management
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Effectively manage time
