The Structural Engineer will be responsible for supporting the design, analysis, and delivery of structural solutions across a range of bridge and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will contribute to both new build and refurbishment schemes, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake structural design and analysis for bridge and steel structures
• Prepare calculations, drawings, and technical reports in line with industry standards
• Support project delivery across multiple schemes in England and Scotland
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
• Assist in site inspections and assessments where required
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and relevant design standards

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience in structural engineering, knowledge of bridges desirable.
• Knowledge and experience working with steel structures
• Familiarity with relevant UK design standards and codes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Working Arrangements:
This role offers hybrid working; however, the successful candidate must be willing to work regularly from the Nottingham office. xbpsjku Occasional travel to project sites across England and Scotland may be required.
