Structural Revit Technician\nPermanent\nLondon Bridge\n£45,000 - £55,000\n\n This consultancy with a reputation for excellence across a range of building structures (Residential, commercial, leisure and mixed use) are looking to hire a Structural Revit technician to join their London team.\n\n The office is recently established and is growing rapidly, currently 5 strong. This is a new opportunity for an enthusiastic Structural Revit Technician to join them in a permanent role. \n\n As the successful candidate, you will be joining a leading innovative structural and civil engineering consultancy known for delivering high-quality, creative, and practical design solutions across a wide range of sectors.

With the ongoing opportunities to work on a wide range of projects.\n \nWhat you will be responsible for:\n\n-You will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed structural drawings and managing drawing documentation in accordance with project requirements.\n \n-A main part of your role will include collaborating closely with engineers and architects to develop coordinated BIM models, as well as participating in design team meetings and contributing to the development of BIM protocols and workflows.\n \n-Support the delivery of projects from concept through to construction.\n \n-Maintain quality assurance and control processes throughout all project stages.\n \nKey Requirements:\n \n-HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in civil/structural engineering or a related discipline.\n \n-Must have be an experienced and competent Structural Revit Technician on UK building structures projects.\n \n-Highly proficient using Revit, with a solid understanding of BIM Level 2 workflows.\n \n-Proven experience working on a broad project portfolio with examples that you are happy to discuss\n\n-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n-Must be comfortable working independently and across multiple projects.\n\n-Ability to interpret and produce accurate structural drawings from engineering designs.\n\n-Experience with AutoCAD and other design software is desirable but not necessary\n\nTo be considered you must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
