A leading US law firm in London is seeking a Structured Finance Paralegal to join its high-performing Finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Paralegal to gain exposure to complex, high-value structured finance transactions, working within a fast-paced, top-tier international environment.

The Structured Finance Paralegal's Role

The successful Structured Finance Paralegal will support a busy and collaborative team advising on a broad range of structured finance and securitisation matters.

You will be involved in:

Assisting on structured finance and securitisation transactions Supporting on CLOs, ABS and other capital markets products Drafting and reviewing transaction documents Managing due diligence processes and document review exercises Coordinating signing and closing processes Liaising with clients, counsel, and internal teams across multiple jurisdictionsThis role offers hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of transactions, with close support from Associates and Partners.

To be considered, you will:
