Structured Products Lawyer – Global Private Markets Investment Manager \n Location: London \n\n We’re working with a leading global private markets investment manager to find an experienced Structured Products Lawyer to join their growing Structuring Solutions team in London. \n\n With over $170bn in AUM and a presence across 23 global offices, this firm is at the forefront of innovation in private markets – and this role is central to the delivery of structured products including CLOs, CFOs, rated feeders, and bespoke solutions for institutional clients worldwide.
