Job Title: Student Success Coach Area: Oldham, Greater Manchester Start Date: March 2026 Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time only Salary: £105.00 -£140.00 per day Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

We are partnering with a welcoming and inclusive SEMH school in Oldham that is looking for a dedicated Student Success Coach to join their supportive and experienced team. Student Success Coach - Key Responsibilities

Deliver one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs Work closely with the class teacher to support learning activities, behaviour management, and targeted interventions Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and resilience throughout the school day Support the monitoring of pupil progress and maintain clear communication with staff and families Student Success Coach - Person Specification

Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or behavioural needs (education, care, or youth settings) A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to behaviour support Strong interpersonal and communication skills A sound understanding of SEMH and SEND strategies A relevant qualification in education, care, or support is advantageous but not essentialStudent Success Coach - To Be Eligible You Must:
