Studio Assistant (Fashion House) / Warehouse Operations Assistant


The Opportunity


A fantastic opportunity to work as a Studio Assistant / Fashion Warehouse Operation Assistant for this leading global fashion company based in Central/East London. It’s a truly brilliant opportunity to get that first “foot-in-the-door” so if you have a fashion degree, want to work hard and climb the ladder over time, then this is the role for you.


The Role


  • Assist in loading and unloading vans with pallets and boxes
  • Receive stock into systems
  • Send stock back to fulfilment centres once product has been imaged
  • Palletising stock to and from fulfilment centres
  • Unboxing and preparation of products for shooting
  • Repacking items after production to get them sent back to fulfilment centres
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols
  • Maintain an organised and clean working are
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting of product issues
  • Document any missing, damaged, or malfunctioning items
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
  • Provide administrative support for the studio operations team as required


The Person


  • Experience in a studio inbound, outbound, prepping, repacking or production house environment (ideally)
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems (ideally)
  • Familiarity with Excel, Word etc

  • Working: Onsite, Studio-based
  • Contract: Freelance / Temporary
  • Length of project(s): Ongoing – varying number of days per week
  • Daily rate: circa £140 (inclusive of holiday pay)
