We’re hiring a new Studio Manager to join our in-house Creative Team. As Studio Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our creative operation - keeping work moving, resources balanced, and deadlines met without breaking a sweat. You’ll manage the day-to-day running of the studio, owning workflow, capacity planning, and resource management across a busy, high-volume creative environment.
This role requires a confident, calm, and proactive leader who can keep multiple projects on track while managing stakeholders at all levels. You’ll have the autonomy to shape how the studio runs - interrogating briefs, ensuring creative output meets the highest quality standards, and implementing processes that make us more efficient, more consistent, and more effective.
Key duties will include:
- Manage the daily workflow of the creative studio, from brief to delivery, across multiple markets and channels.
- Oversee resource and capacity planning, balancing priorities and ensuring the right people are on the right projects at the right time.
- Own and optimise studio processes, identifying efficiencies and implementing tools and ways of working to improve delivery.
- Confidently manage stakeholders at all levels, providing clear timelines, updates, and expectations.
- Use Monday.com (or similar) to plan, track, and report on projects, capacity, and workload.
- Proactively anticipate bottlenecks or resourcing gaps. Liaise with third parties, freelance or external support where required.
- Foster a positive, collaborative studio culture – keeping morale high, even during peak periods.
- Support the Creative Lead and senior creatives in ensuring work meets brand standards and deadlines.
- Produce regular reports on studio performance, capacity, and efficiency.
The Team
We’re a lively, talented bunch who believe great creative makes people feel something - and feeling good is kind of our thing. From bold campaigns to scroll-stopping social, we create work that connects with millions of members across the globe.
In our in-house creative studio, ideas bounce, collaboration flows, and no two days are the same. We work hard, move fast, and have a laugh along the way - because when we’re enjoying the process, the results speak for themselves.
The Person
If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and love making things run like clockwork, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll also need to demonstrate:
- Experience in a busy in-house or agency creative environment, ideally in a studio, traffic, or production management role.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of work across multiple channels and markets.
- Strong organisational and resource management skills, with an eye for process improvement.
- Confidence to make day-to-day operational decisions autonomously.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and manage expectations.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the resilience to stay calm and focused under pressure.
- Experience using workflow and project management tools such as Monday.com (or similar).
- A collaborative, positive attitude, with a commitment to fostering a great team culture.
