A globally active, design led architecture and design studio is seeking a Studio & Marketing Communications Manager to join its London team, working at the intersection of studio operations and creative output.

Working across architecture, urban design and interiors, the studio operates globally with a strong design led ethos. This is a varied, hands on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing studio operations with creative input, supporting both the day to day running of the office and the production of high quality bid and marketing materials.

The Role

This is a central position within the studio, combining office management, communications and bid support.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the London office, while also supporting the preparation of visually strong RFP submissions, presentations and marketing content. The role requires a proactive and organised individual who is comfortable working across both administrative and creative tasks.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar office management or studio support role
• Experience within architecture, design or the built environment preferred
• Strong InDesign skills, with knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator beneficial
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Confident working independently and handling confidential information
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of HR processes and office administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Availability to start soon would be a bonus, but it’s not essential
