Description of the role:

As Studio Production Manager at PLAN, you will collaborate closely with producers, photographers, stylists, retouchers and the finance department to manage the E-com, Creative Still Life and Campaign shoots that are based at the PLAN studio in Manchester. This role demands leadership, strong organisational and communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once.

Applicants must have at least 2 years experience in a studio or production environment. Experience with Monday.com is a bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

General:

·      Management of studio accounts across e-com, creative still life, campaign and post-production.

·      Responsible for maintaining and building client relationships and managing the production of the studio accounts.

·      Responsible for managing studio workflows and schedules.

·      Managing staff across studio and post-production.

·      Ensuring a high standard of work is delivered across disciplines.

Pre-production:

·      Organising and preparation of shoots and logistics. E.g. booking models, freelancers, equipment, catering and arranging set-builds, props, transport & accommodation. 

·      Manage paperwork, such as call sheets, schedules, NDAs and risk assessments.

·      Coordinate the delivery and collection of samples, props, equipment etc.

·      Prepare samples for shoots, by checking in, labelling and steaming products.

On-set:

·      Ensure clients, models & crew are well taken care of.

·      Arrange / prepare catering & craft.

·      Maintain studio tidiness and cleanliness throughout the shoot.

·      Understand the workflow of samples and images to maintain efficiency and meet client expectations.

·      Maintain clear communication with all teams to ensure smooth operations.

Post-production:

·      Ensure assets are delivered on time and at a high standard. 

·      Studio organisation, ensure the space is clean, tidy & free of hazards and ready for the next shoot.

·      Liaise with the wider team and client to prepare samples for return.

·      Track expenses and finances and allocate finances to correct jobs in preparation for invoicing.
