Subcontractor Manager

Location: Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire Hours: Full-time, 8am5pm MondayFriday + 1 weekend day in 4 (Saturday or Sunday) Type: Permanent This is an office-based role no remote working.

We are looking for an experienced Subcontractor Manager to take ownership of recruiting, onboarding, and managing both new and existing subcontractors. This is a pivotal role in ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled resources and maintaining high performance standards across our subcontractor network.
