Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week Dates: asap - 2 months (Temporary Contract, will be reviewed after 2 months) Pay Rate: between £33 to £38/hr PAYE or umbrella (no limited companies) Your new roleUndertake physical and mental health assessments for service users and ensure appropriate sign posting/referral to primary care or appropriate secondary health care services for identified health issues.To undertake Nurse Alcohol Assessments and determine safe detoxificationAssist in the titration process for opiate service users.To provide screening for BBV, through dry blood spot testing and support to access Hep C treatmentOffer wound care assessment and basic wound dressing to service users.
