Position Overview: Join us as a Principal Expert – Solution Architect in SAP SuccessFactors, where you'll shape innovative HCM solutions, influence business transformation, and drive our practice forward. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with top clients, and access the latest SAP innovations. Job Summary: You will lead customer engagements, design, and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions, working with various teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions. Responsibilities: Ensure successful delivery of complex SuccessFactors projects, meeting strategic goals and client satisfaction. Design and lead SuccessFactors solutions from discovery to deployment and support. Advise clients on best practices and solution optimization. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and governance. Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor. Support business development activities. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Mentor and share knowledge within the team. Represent NTT DATA at industry events and forums. Key Qualifications: 10+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience, with deep module expertise. Multiple end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations. Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules. Experience in data migration, integrations, and reporting. Knowledge of SAP implementation methodology and project management. Skills and Attributes: Leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking. Pre-sales and commercial awareness. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors roadmap and innovations. Team leadership and capability development. Client-centric delivery focus. Integrity, resilience, and influence.
