This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SuccessFactors Project Manager with proven waterfall project delivery skills and exposure to HR systems – particularly SuccessFactors – to join a leading automotive organisation. You will play a key role in driving the implementation of a cloud-based HR solution (SAP SuccessFactors), working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.

As a SuccessFactors Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of technical projects within the IT function, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic direction. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring a proactive approach, strong governance skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders across the business.

This role suits a SuccessFactors Project Manager who can confidently navigate complex HR/IT transformations, take ownership of milestones and deliverables, and foster collaboration across internal teams and external suppliers.
