Summer School Welfare Director - Cambridge

This Cambridge based organisation runs international residential summer study programs for students aged 14-18.

As Welfare Director, you will play a key leadership role within the senior team, overseeing the welfare, pastoral care, and wellbeing of students throughout the summer programs. You will work closely with the Program Director, other senior staff, supervisors and external partners such as parents and medical professionals to ensure students feel safe, supported, and well-cared-for at all times.

Program Dates - Summer 2026 (Cambridge residency required):

Note: Compulsory Induction Training is included during the first Friday and Saturday of your program. Applicants may apply for one, two, or all programs.

For safeguarding purposes, an Enhanced DBS check is required for all staff and if living overseas a valid police clearance certificate is additionally required. Two professional references will also be required for all staff.
