Rapier Employment are seeking a Transport Night Supervisor to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? Oversee and support the performance of drivers to ensure they meet the established Key Performance Indicators. Ensure all transport operations are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, while maintaining operational efficiency. Make necessary changes to daily transport plans if issues arise to ensure smooth operations. Proactively address and resolve any issues related to transport operations or coordination with the warehouse to minimize delays and maintain productivity. Lead daily briefings and debriefings with drivers to communicate important updates, safety information, and expectations for the shift. Manage Driver performance to identify any major discrepancies in accordance with the Daily Transport Plan.
