Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading the team during shifts to deliver great food and service 
    • \n\t
  • Running daily pre-shift briefings and setting clear priorities 
    • \n\t
  • Motivating, coaching, and training team members 
    • \n\t
  • Managing food safety, health & safety, and audit standards 
    • \n\t
  • Being accountable for the smooth running of your shift 
    • \n\t
  • Creating a fun, high-energy environment for both team and guests
    • \n

What we’re looking for:

  • A lead-from-the-front attitude with a fun, vibrant work ethic

  • Previous management or supervisory experience 
    • \n\t
  • Confidence with compliance and safety standards 
    • \n\t
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, guest-first environment
