*Your role*
We are currently recruiting a talented and highly skilled deputy manager with lots of personality & charisma for The Fire Station.
As an Duty Manager you will work alongside the GM and Directors and take ownership of all aspects of running the venue when in charge. You will be given a lot of autonomy and be expected to run the site as if it were your own business. Your team will look up to you and you will take the time to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction. You should have solid floor, food and bar knowledge in addition to experience in a supervisory level role.
This role would suit someone that has been a in a similar supervisory role in a busy and high-paced premium venue before. You will be given the opportunity to train, grow and progress your career as our venue portfolio grows.

· Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in previous management role
· Must have at least 3 years experience within the hospitality industry
· Solid communication and organisational skills
· Customer & floor service skills

· Passionate about training, mentoring & growing the team
