Job Title : Supplier Development Manager Salary : £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience Location : Stevenage Dynamic (hybrid) working : 2 days per week on-site due to workload classification Security Clearance : British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.

What we're looking for from you: Ideally a degree calibre Supply Chain professional with experience of international working in high technology companies. Experience of supply chain management/ Supplier Development Manager in the Aerospace, Defence or Manufacturing environments.
A proven ability to: Demonstrated ability to improve Supplier Performance (Delivery and Quality)using appropriate tools and lean methodologies Capable of carrying out capacity audits which will identify key bottlenecks, yield, resources and sub-t...
