In this role you will take the lead on developing and enhancing supplier management capabilities, working closely with senior stakeholders across a complex public sector environment. What You Will Be Doing
Driving the development and improvement of supplier relationship management processes and frameworks. Engaging proactively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior decision-makers. Working with incomplete or high-level information, identifying what's missing, and then sourcing, collating, and presenting it in a clear, actionable way. Presenting findings, recommendations, and outcomes confidently to senior stakeholders. Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in supplier management.
What They Are Looking For
Proven experience in a similar role with clear, demonstrable outcomes in supplier or SRM development. Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with a proactive approach. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver at pace. Comfort working with limited information and turning ambiguity into structured, presentable insight. Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders. Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and SharePoint. MCIPS (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable - Level 4 CIPS with a supporting track record is also suitable. Previous SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) experience.
Desirable Experience
Power BI reporting exposure. Background in the public sector.
