Come and join us!Who will you be working with?An exciting vacancy has arisen within our Supply Chain team for a Supply Chain Account Manager?to join thefriendlyteamand reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager. What will you be doing?The main purpose of this role is tocarry out the following:Manage the demand and supply of a given range of global supplier products ensuring that product availability, stock value and stock turn aremaintainedat targeted levels. You willmaintainand develop supplier and customer relationships to support stock and availability targets.Actively contribute to planning improvement initiatives to ensure that an environment of continuous improvement is achieved.Manage the Demand Planner forecasting and ERP planning system for the product range through data management and exception reports throughout the product life cycle. Drive forecasting improvements via user knowledge.Achieve targets for product availability, stock value and stock turn for products managed within supplier and product portfolio.Utilise existing statistical forecasts together withadditionalmarket intelligence to ensure that product supply reflects internal and external customer requirements.About you:We want to make sureyoureset up for success in our mission. To be successful in your applicationyoullneed todemonstratethe following;Inventory management experience in a highsku, complex environmentFull understanding of ERPsystems .PC literate (medium/high) with a good working knowledge of MS applicationsin particularExcel.Highly literate and numerate Record of working with and developing suppliersRecord of dealing with internal and external customersBackground withininventory management environmentsand systems.Pro-active approach and preventative engagement.We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, capable of working both individually and within a team, organised, and someone who has an excellent eye for detail.What we offer:Our package is made up of basic salary plus a variable incentive.
