Job Description

Building Careers are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator for one of our clients covering social housing in the Nort West.\n\nWe are looking for a proactive and organised professional who is experienced in a similar role to play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of supply chain operations, helping to manage construction and maintenance materials for customers. \n\nDuties:\n\nSupport the Category Manager and Buyer in raising, reconciling, and receiving weekly consolidated purchase orders.\nMonitor and manage supplier and subcontractor purchase order compliance, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time.\nWork closely with the Accounts Payable team to register, reconcile, and process supplier invoices and credits efficiently.\nLiaise with suppliers to resolve invoice queries and ensure smooth payment processes.\nManage the business mailbox and respond to email and telephone queries professionally.\nMaintain accurate records for compliance, quality assurance, and audit purposes.\nSupport internal teams by preparing documents, spreadsheets, and reports as required.\nAssist with supplier account updates, quality checks, and internal audits.\nParticipate in meetings to provide updates and support continuous improvement initiatives. \n\nFeel free to contact our consultant Georgia King on (phone number removed) / (phone number removed) \n\nBuilding Careers UK are specialist in Construction and Property recruitment.
